The first shuttle will leave the Hyères/Toulon airport  around 4:00 pm, stop at the train station in Toulon around 4:30 pm, before Arrival at the port of Brusc 5:00 pm.

The second shuttle will leave the Hyères/Toulon airport  around 6:00 pm, stop at the train station in Toulon around 6:30 pm, before Arrival at the port of Brusc 7:00 pm.

A 7-minute boat ride is necessary to join the destination. The travel cost is included in the accomodation.

Please indicate when you register whether you will use or not one of these shuttles .

 Welcome of the participants starting from 5:30 pm.

Begining of the congress after dinner at 8:30 pm.

The congress will end saturday 7th at 12 am. A first shuttle will bring you back to the train station or the airport around 12:15 am, and the second one at 2 pm. These shuttles will be booked on the spot during the congress. It takes 30 minutes to reach the train station and 1 hour to reach the airport.
